There are 2 ways to submit Old Navy Applications
- In store – Get and fill out an application at your nearest store
- Online – You can submit an online application to Old Navy
But before you apply to Old Navy, there’s a few things you should know.
- Old Navy is a subsidiary of Gap Inc.
- The online career site is confusing – I’ve broken it down below
- If you ever get an interview, wear something from Gap or Old Navy or one of their other stores like Banana Republic
- If you’re applying for an in-store position, appearance and mannerisms are crucial for getting hired. They want people who project a positive image for their brand.
- You’ll need to find an available position online, then apply for it.
Submitting an Old Navy application is best done at the store. Before bringing in your application, call to see if the store manager will be there. It’s best to give it to that person than to a sales associate. It will be your first exposure, so make it count.
Remember, to wear something from Gap (preferable Old Navy). If you have the skills, make sure your outfit is well coordinated. In other words, you want to look like a mannequin. If the manager likes your style, you’d be a shoe-in because you can also do window displays and things like that.
