New Target Apply Online
I was recently at the local Target. I couldn’t help but notice the caliber of people that were there that day. I don’t know if everyone was just having a bad day, but service was terrible.
There was one person that I was able to talk to. I asked how long she had been working there and what was going on. She applied at Target online and had been there for 2 weeks. She mentioned that most of the new people coming onboard were from online applications.
Well that Target must have been desperate, cuz I’d never hire any of those people.
Anyway, the gal said “If you want a job at Target, apply online! It’s as simple as that.” I also asked her if she had any prior work experience and she said she hadn’t. However, her aunt worked at another Target nearby and gave her some tips on how to apply at Target. What to say and how to act during the interview. Basically, she said… just be courteous and honest and give past experiences of being responsible. Also mention how quickly you learn things and how you enjoy making people happy.
